Yes. Many of our residential clients are managed by property management firms, and we can report on several buildings for one manager.
Can residents or the property manager report problems directly?
Yes. Requests go into our ticket system by phone, text, email, chat or ticket, and they’re tracked until they’re closed.
Do you clean parkades and garbage rooms?
Yes. Parkade sweeping and scrubbing, garbage and recycling room cleaning, and odour control can all be part of your plan.
How do you show the board the work is being done?
