Very disorganized, bad communications! They say their going to fix the problem , they tell you a person is going to call and never call. .They tell you what there going to do, then change it up without letting you know is unacceptable. Lastly they send you a Ai generated letter canceling the service , just after they tell you there going to make it right. I was told the company is from Canada.. Local business owners beware! Their contract says each party must give 30 day notice to cancel. They didn’t even give you one day! Unbelievable they dont even know there own contract.

Aloha Ron, We have strict policies on how we expect our employee's to be treated and unfortunately your actions fell far below that line in our first 3 visits. Our people are our most important asset and in 3 weeks you had rude & dishonest communication with our sales desk, customer support desk and our on site staff. We are responsible for the well being of our employee's and will never apologize for pulling our staff from a client that treats them with disrespect.Load more
